Our Mission in Human-Centred AI
The HCAI-Essex Lab is dedicated to advancing the field of human-centred artificial intelligence. Established eight years ago, our lab focuses on creating innovative AI solutions that prioritize human needs and ethical considerations. Led by Dr. Javier Andreu-Perez, our team of researchers and PhD students collaborates on projects funded by UKRI and Innovate UK, contributing to the development of AI technologies that enhance human capabilities and societal well-being.
