My research interests are Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Adaptive Dynamic Programming, and Reinforcement Learning.
At Essex University, I lecture Physics-Based Games, and CE201 Group Project and Industrial Practice. In my earlier career, I was a computer consultant for Cap Gemini and as a freelance consultant, from 1996 to 2003. I was a Mathematics Teacher from 2003-2015. I hold a Ph.D in Computer Science from the City University London (2014) and a Masters degree in IT Knowledge Based Systems from University of Edinburgh (1995) and a BSc Degree in Mathematical Physics (Nottingham 1994).
