Call for papers - EuroMBE 2013, Levi, Finland

March 10-13, 2013

The 17th European Molecular Beam Epitaxy Workshop will be organized on March 10-13, 2013.The workshop is the premier meeting of the European MBE community and takes place every second year. The main scope of the conference is to ensure an open forum for discussing the latest advances related to MBE technology, epitaxy of novel materials, and related applications. The Workshop is also an excellent networking forum between the research community and the MBE industry. We aim at strengthening the community sense by offering a comprehensive coverage of MBE research topics and providing a forum where the latest developments and controversial results are discussed in an open collegial atmosphere.

The COST Action MP0805 is co-organizing WG 1-4 meetings jointly with EuroMBE 2013. All members are recommended to submit their abstract to the conference.

The deadline for abstract submission is November 22nd, 2012.

We strongly encourage people to take advantage of the great opportunity of performing a short scientific mission in another member host centre. For this year there are 10 STSMs available, and they must be completed by October 2012. This opportunity is open to everyone, with the condition that each participant is allow to have max one STSM per year.

The organising committee is happy to announce the COST Spring Training School on "Epitaxy and structural analysis of III-N-V semiconductor nanostructures" and the Workshop "Site-controlled epitaxy" to be held in Heraklion, Creete (Greece), from April 29th to May 2nd 2012
