Instructions for Camera-Ready Submission and Registration

Step 1: Prepare Final Paper Manuscript

Papers should follow the IEEE single-spaced, double-column format for conference paper. You can find the template http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Papers should NOT have: Page numbers, Headers, Footers, The authors' introduction in the end of the paper.

Step 2: Generate the final PDF file and obtain the IEEE eXpress compliance email

ICAC 2015 has registered to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate and verify the format of all papers submitted. Failing to submit an IEEE Xplore® compatible PDF file may result in the file not being included in the conference proceedings. In order to assure that all submitted PDF files are IEEE Xplore® compliant, your camera ready paper must pass the format checks in IEEE PDFXpress before upload to CMT system. The service is free of charge for ICAC 2015 authors.

The following information is intended to guide you on formatting your final paper, ensuring your PDF file is IEEE Xplore® compliant.

2.1 Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress);

2.2 Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ page and create an IEEE PDF eXpress account. http://www.pdf-express.org/

First-time users:

       a. Click "New Users - Click Here".
       b. Enter 35876X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
       c. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.

Previous users, but using it the first time for a new conference:

       a. Enter 35876X for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
       b. When you click "Login", you'll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click "Continue". By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.
       c. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".
       d. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.

Returning users:

       a. Enter 35876X for the Conference ID, email address and password.

2.3 For each conference paper, click "Create New Title". And enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).

2.4 Click "Submit PDF for Checking or Conversion"

2.5 Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload

2.6 You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed. If the checking is successful, the system will send you the final IEEE Xplore-compatible paper in PDF format with a compliance email. Save the content of the email into a *.txt file.

2.7 Submit final IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) and the compliance email to CMT system through the Camera-Ready submission. A paper which does not comply will not be published in the Proceedings.

Step 3: Copyright Form

Complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form and submit it with the PDF file of the camera ready paper.

Please fill the conference name, the paper title and authors' names of your paper, sign it, scan it as a PDF file, and submit it along with your paper.

Step 4: Conference Registration

At least one author of the paper has to finish the conference registration before the paper submission. Each Regular conference registration is able to cover only one paper's registration. In case that the paper has more than 6 pages, additional charge will be needed for the extra pages. Only the paper with paid registration by June 30th will be included into the conference USB-Disc proceedings and appeared in IEEE Xplore.

Registration has two rates:

Student rate: £100 pounds

Non-Student rate: £150 pounds

Step 5: Upload Paper Files

Login the CMT paper submission system. https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ICAC2015/Default.aspx

And click Edit in Camera-Ready column to make the final submission.

       1) Final paper manuscript (PDF file ONLY).

       2) PDF Express compliance email from IEEE Xplore (TXT file ONLY).

       3) Copyright form (PDF file ONLY, don't forget to fill the conference name, the paper title and authors’ names.)

       4) Registration form (PDF file ONLY).

       5) The proof of the student state if the author is registered as a student. .
